Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory Starting Wage: $16.90–$19.00 Part‑time – Flexible traditional and non‑traditional hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn. What You Will Do Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters. Partner one‑on‑one with healthcare professionals at inventory events, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication. Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when you beat them. Productivity‑based wage increases are a possibility. Experience in pharmacy, retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work preferred, but not required. No inventory experience? No problem – discipline and willingness to learn will be trained. Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, or medical sales environment. Completed pharmacy or hospital training certification as required. Compliance with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts. Comfortable operating handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Access to reliable transportation. Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen per company guidelines. No degree required. Encourages candidates with no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience. Working Conditions This position requires frequent travel by car and occasionally air, standing for prolonged periods, using both hands for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, or crouching when accessing lower shelves, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and using step stools.
