This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of signs, documents and materials, while assisting with listing preparations and client communications. Responsibilities Deliver important documents, contracts, and marketing materials promptly and securely to listings. Pick up signs and materials from partner vendors/ printers. Support open houses and client meetings as directed by the listing agents. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, appointments, and client communications. Support the marketing team by assembling listing packets, flyers, and promotional materials. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with general office tasks. Ensure all courier equipment and storage units are maintained and ready for daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in real estate, courier services, or administrative support is a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of the StLouis area and surrounding neighborhoods Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented with a professional demeanor Ability to lift and carry packages and materials up to 25 lbs Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed About-our-team At The Collective, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
