Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Travel)

Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic and hand specialty care in Lawrenceville, GA. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to restore function and reduce pain. The position requires adaptable clinical skills and the ability to manage a moderate daily caseload while documenting care in the clinic EMR.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia physical therapy license required to begin the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings required.
• Specialized experience treating hand conditions preferred. This is a client-requested focus.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation. Experience with Prompt EMR preferred.
• Ability to manage approximately 11 patients per day typical for PTs in this setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or contract outpatient experience preferred.
• Virtual interview availability preferred.
• Experience working with a broad adult caseload including post-operative hand and upper extremity patients preferred.

Assignment Details

• Outpatient clinic with an average daily census around 11 patients for PTs.
• EMR: Prompt.
• Interviews will most likely be virtual.
