Sales Director

This is a financially stable, over 20-year-old company, a 100% founder-owned company with zero debt. They are the undisputed standard-bearer in their industry and now on a clear path to scale from $60M to over $100M in revenue. As our Director of the Inside Sales team, you will lead our client's national sales function from their Denver headquarters. Your primary mission is to double their high-performing sales team from 5 to 12 reps while instilling a culture of accountability and disciplined pipeline management. You'll be a hands-on, player-coach leader, working directly with our Co-Founders to refine sales strategy, drive revenue performance, and personally engage with our most valued clients. This is an opportunity to build and lead the sales engine for a category-defining luxury brand on a trajectory toward a significant monetization event. You will sell a product that is deeply meaningful and gain significant financial upside through a generous stock option program. Success Metrics: What Success Looks Like in The Position Deliver the revenue target. Own the company's rental revenue performance and keep the organization on track to achieve $50-$60 million in 2027 rental revenue. Build a performance culture. Create clear expectations for revenue, pipeline, prospecting, client engagement, conversion and rebooking. Inspect performance weekly, coach aggressively and act decisively when results do not improve. Build and upgrade the team. Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing sales talent, growing the team thoughtfully from approximately five to ten exceptional producers. Add people only when they raise the standard. Create predictable sales management. Make HubSpot the single source of truth and establish rigorous forecasting, pipeline coverage, opportunity strategy, scorecards and operating cadence. Elevate the quality of selling and clientele.
