We're a well-established general dental practice in Appleton, WI looking for a Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team and help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM What We Offer: $23–$25/hour (based on experience) Health benefits + 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee dental discounts Ongoing training and growth opportunities Stable, full-time hours A fun, supportive, team-first culture What You'll Do: Coordinate and manage patient scheduling to keep the day running smoothly Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Verify insurance and submit claims Present treatment plans and financial options to patients Communicate with insurance companies regarding approvals and benefits Collect and post payments, balance daily deposits Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to prioritize patient care What We're Looking For: 1–4 years of dental front office experience Dental billing experience required Familiarity with dental software (EagleSoft or Open Dental preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment Team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude If you're looking for more than just a job—and want to be part of a team that truly enjoys working together—we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
