Help Desk Technician

Salary: $54,000 - 54,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 2+ years of experience in a corporate IT or managed services environment; MSP or multi-client experience is a strong advantage.
• We need someone who is comfortable using a ticketing system and managing a prioritized queue.
• We want a solid working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft 365, and general networking fundamentals.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, or similar are a plus, but not required.
• We require a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle.
• You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• You must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening.
• We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of help desk or IT experience.
• We require the ability to commute to Albuquerque, NM and work on-site.

• We provide first-line help desk support for a diverse client base, both remotely and on-site.
• We handle Active Directory and Entra moves, adds, and changes, along with operating system and software installation and troubleshooting.
• We set up PCs, printers, and other basic hardware equipment.
• We troubleshoot email issues, basic networking problems, and common applications such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe.
• We work and close tickets in our ticketing system while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
• We escalate issues to senior team members when a problem is outside our scope.
• We diagnose issues to their underlying cause rather than relying on temporary fixes.
• We document our work thoroughly so future troubleshooting starts with the right context.
• We take ownership of client issues and follow through until their work can continue.
