Security Officer - Alarm Response in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a commercial location, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, respond to alarm-related activity, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.33 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
