Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and troubleshooting equipment and building systems.Job Duties Include: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.Conduct inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.Perform miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facility.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Works with or assists trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.Assist in facility setup, including furniture arrangements and minor renovations.Perform groundskeeping duties as needed.Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 5 years' experience in HVAC, Maintenance Mechanic, Machine shop.HVAC, Electrical, Machining, OSHA credentials/certifications a plusBenefits AMF Bakery Systems offers a competitive compensation, benefits package, and excellent opportunities for growth throughout our organization globally and within the Markel Food Group Quarterly bonuses401k and profit sharingHealth and wellness benefitsPaid Time OffAbility to purchase up to 5 additional days of vacationTuition reimbursement programTuition debt repayment program
