[Priority Listing] Guide for Residential Therapeutic Community

Inner Fire is a proactive, farm-based therapeutic community dedicated to helping individuals safely taper off psychotropic medications to reclaim their lives. Together, we focus on rebuilding body, mind, and spirit through holistic, community-centered support.
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and grounded Guides for overnight and weekend shifts. As a Guide, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and nourishing environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support and supervision to residents during overnight hours and weekends.
- Lead and assist with outdoor weekend recreational activities, including weekly hikes on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Maintain a calm, grounding, and healing presence within the community.
- Support daily routine maintenance, ensuring community guidelines and safety protocols are met.
Shift Schedules & Pay Rates
- Weekend Shifts (Includes Weekend Hikes): $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
- Overnight Shifts: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
What We Look For
- A strong passion for holistic healing, mental health advocacy, and community-based care.
- Dependability, high empathy, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to comfortably participate in outdoor activities, including weekend group hikes.
- Experience in caregiving, mental health, residential support, or outdoor leadership is preferred, but a compassionate heart and reliable mindset are essential.
