Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing (currently approximately 73 employees)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Timekeeping administration
- General month-end accounting activities
- Bookkeeping functions
- Managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong bookkeeping background required
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in construction or electrical industry required
- Understanding of job costing
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
