Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (South Philly, On-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join a growing food company. The Warehouse Clerical Receiver will thoroughly and accurately complete all assigned work, including the inspection and verification of inbound shipments, documenting goods receipts, scanning, and preparing orders for shipping. This role involves performing RF Scanner and business system transactions and requires strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Document, scan, and perform system entry and labeling of goods receipts.
• Create warehouse transfer orders, bills of lading, and shipment entries within the system.
• Ensure proper use of scan guns for inventory and batch tracking to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a safe working environment by utilizing appropriate safety equipment and improving the safety culture.
• Uphold high levels of sanitation in and around the work area.
• Interact with computer controls and computer-controlled equipment.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Strong background in computerized stores.
• Proficient in stock put-away, picking, shipping preparation, and stock control.

Skills:

• Ability to learn and use company business systems and RF Scanners.
• Excellent problem-solving and numeracy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Results-oriented with high attention to detail.
• English fluency.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED.

Work Schedule

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Availability to work overtime as needed is required.
