Remote Marketing Coordinator

About the Job Marketing Coordinator - Community Outreach (Houston) We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English required) Marketing Coordinator to support our pediatric dental and orthodontic practices in the Greater Houston area. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships and driving new patient referrals. You'll visit pediatric offices, schools, daycares, and community partners, represent our practices, and help coordinate local events and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with local providers, schools, and community organizations.
- Conduct outreach visits and promote services.
- Help organize and attend community events.
- Manage marketing materials and track outreach activity.
- Capture content for social media.
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required).
- 1-2 years in marketing, sales, or outreach.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a field role.
- Based in Houston area.
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
- Able to attend occasional evenings/weekends.
- Benefit package offered.
