Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate to join its Salt Lake City, UT office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of litigation experience, with a preference for those with labor and employment law expertise. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Utah. Duties Represent clients in labor and employment litigation. Provide legal advice on employment law matters. Draft and review legal documents related to labor law. Negotiate labor contracts and settlements. Requirements 3 to 6 years of litigation experience. Licensed to practice law in Utah. Experience in labor and employment law preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Utah. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
