Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Willimantic, CT 06226
• Department: Cardiology
• Job Type:  Local Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $19 - $24/hour

Duties:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR (EPIC preferred)
• Support patient flow and clinic operations
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient communication
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared
• Provide general administrative and clinical support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in a clinic setting – Required
• EPIC experience – Preferred
• Cardiology experience – Preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
