Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active NC Physical Therapist license required
• Home health experience required
• HCHB experience required
• OASIS knowledge required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call requirement: weekends for ortho
• Productivity requirement: 30 points weekly
• Coverage area includes Caldwell, Burke, Alexander, Watauga, and Catawba counties
