The role involves managing daily work orders, job site quality control, and meeting customer needs while working outdoors. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients. Manage and execute daily assigned work orders. Demonstrate importance of safety, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain weekly production standards and expectations. Act as liaison for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Willingness to learn. Ability to contribute to a high‑functioning team and work independently. Strong time management skills. Additional Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation. Liability car insurance. Able to perform repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms. Able to work with arms above head. Able to bend and squat to ground level. Able to work in NC temperatures.
