Sales Consultant - Audi San Diego

Position Aud Itios San Diego is offering an opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Holman family. The role involves selling vehicles and handling all related paperwork. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of vehicle sales and associated paperwork. Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to determine desired make, type, and features. Explain vehicle features and benefits, and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on the road. Research model availability using the company database. Collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price, lease payment, taxes, trade‑in allowance, license fee, and applicable discounts or rebates. Conduct visual inspections of inventory while walking the lot. Deliver the vehicle to the customer and provide familiarity with its features. Assist the Sales Manager in resolving customer problems. Negotiate, address objections, and close the sale. Qualifications Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Clean driving record or minimal violations. Compensation This is a commission‑eligible role with an expected monthly base pay ranging from $3,000 to $10,000, with additional earnings based on individual performance.
