You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and staff to help students succeed academically, behaviorally, and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with children and staff of diverse backgrounds
• Adaptability to assist students with varied learning and behavioral needs
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a positive attitude in challenging situations
• Ability to follow teacher direction and contribute to a safe, supportive classroom environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and encouragement to students throughout the school day
• Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans and classroom activities
• Help facilitate small group or one-on-one learning to reinforce lesson content
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-classroom activities
• Track and document student progress and behaviors under teacher guidance
• Support classroom management and help maintain a positive learning atmosphere
