Technology Business Analyst / Excel Consultant

Outstanding long‑term contract opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong Excel skills in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). This role sits within a large Financial Services organization and offers the chance to support high‑visibility workforce management and operations initiatives within an enterprise CTO environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, ambitious professional who can wear multiple hats and go beyond the ask. We are looking for someone with strong communication, sound judgment, and a consultative approach. Someone who can support leaders, manage priorities, and help keep operations moving forward. This is not a heavily technical role, but it does require strong business acumen, executive‑level communication, and advanced Excel skills. Contract Duration: 12+ Months. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of Business Analyst, business services, operations, project coordination, or related consulting experience Strong communication, program management, operations, vendor management, and process improvement skills with the ability to wear multiple hats Advanced to expert Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, macros, and strong reporting capabilities Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create and distribute executive‑level communications; SharePoint Online is a plus Consultative background and/or a consultative approach to project management Self‑starter with strong judgment, follow‑through, and the ability to work effectively across stakeholders Must be based in Charlotte, NC and comfortable working in a hybrid environment What You Will Be Doing Support workforce management within an enterprise‑level organization. Support moderately complex initiatives, deliverables, and planning activities across the business. Review business challenges, analyze variable factors, and help drive solutions in partnership with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support workforce management, operations, and project coordination activities in a fast‑paced environment. Create reports, presentations, and executive‑level communications using Excel and PowerPoint.
