Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Job description: Pay: $14-$17 per hour, Based on ExperienceLocation: Jacksonville, NCWork Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Are you organized, compassionate, and passionate about helping people through difficult situations? We are seeking a dedicated Law Firm Case Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain confidential case files from intake through ongoing case management Obtain, review, and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documentation Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout their case Conduct client interviews to gather detailed information and ensure accurate case documentation Maintain detailed case notes and records within case management software Monitor case progress and assist in meeting important deadlines Perform data entry, filing, document management, and other administrative duties as needed Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Support the legal team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset Proficiency with computers and office software Experience in case management, legal support A willingness to learn and help others succeed Must be able to meet background check requirements Why Join Our Team?
