Warehouse Team Leader - Mandarin Speaker

Job Description

The Warehouse Team Leader's role will be overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, and maintaining effective communication between team members and management. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage attendance, performance, and day-to-day team activities in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations
Track attendance and ensure compliance with schedules
Monitor team productivity and workflow
Communicate regularly with management regarding team status and challenges

Required Qualifications

Must have prior experience in warehouse leadership roles
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with warehouse management systems
Strong team leadership and communication skills
