They are responsible for upholding Wintzell's standards for high-quality meals in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and mixing foods. Cook meals using grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment. Follow recipes and portion-control guidelines. Ensure food is presented attractively and served on time. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas. Monitor food inventory and notify supervisors of shortages. Store food properly and follow health and safety regulations.
