\nWhat You’ll Do:  \n

\n
• Organize and oversee daily FOH operations for maximum efficiency. This includes running food, bussing tables and filling waters - we get in the mix!
\n
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate FOH staff to keep the team sharp and motivated.
\n
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and staffing are ready to handle any shift.
\n
• Lead by example—jump in to support the team during peak service.
\n
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and resolve guest concerns with grace.
\n
• Schedule shifts that balance labor budgets with staff earning potential. We use 7 Shifts for scheduling and staff communication.
\n
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and quality standards.
\n
• Foster ongoing product knowledge and staff education.
\n
• Keep records accurate and organized.
\n
• Maintain and grow our strong reputation in the community.
\n

\nPay & Compensation Disclosure (per EPEWA)\n
\nPay Range: $52,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience\n
\nPay Frequency: Weekly\n
\nTipped Position: No\n
\nOpportunities for advancement or pay increases: Annual reviews unless otherwise discussed.\n

\nBenefits & Leave Information (per HFWA)\n
\nSick Leave: Accrual of 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA)\n
