As a Security Officer Entry Screening in Lodi, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support smooth access control operations. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. - Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and maintain accurate logs of personnel, deliveries, and vehicles entering or leaving the location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, production-related areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
- Help to deter unauthorized access, support orderly traffic flow at gates and checkpoints, and report policy violations, damaged equipment, and/or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
