SMB Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business

Job Summary Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. Create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services. Promote bundled solutions to ensure the optimal outcome for the customer and aim to exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace. Core Responsibilities Develop territory and build local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand. Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required. Manage customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast experience. Acquire new customers for Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses. Generate new leads through targeted prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships. Focus on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that enhances prospects’ communication effectiveness. Effectively manage a high‑activity territory with a comprehensive business plan. Collaborate with technical, customer service and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth. Maintain a qualified pipeline that yields monthly quota production above target. Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives. Adhere to all company standards and maintain professionalism. Show punctually, regularly, and consistently. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education Bachelor’s Degree Relevant Work Experience 5–7 years of related sales experience. Qualifications While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast may consider applicants with extensive related professional experience or a combination of coursework and experience.
