Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: UPMC (SimplifyVMS) Direct Program and no current placement allowed at Program: UPMC (SimplifyVMS) Direct Program.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - Clinicians may be eligible for an earlier start date if they have recent PA fingerprint results and PA Child Abuse Clearance results obtained within <5 years.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri, two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts. - Includes call rotations and holidays if needed.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
