Speech Language Pathologist - Neuro PRN

Responsibilities Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language Addressing executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs Providing patient-centered care in Denton, TX and surrounding areas Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans Practicing evidence-based approaches for durable outcomes Requirements Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology State licensure is required Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in the evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, with a focus on patient-centered care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Proficient in evidence-based practices and experienced in addressing cognitive needs and dysphagia.
