Develop and adjust work schedules to accommodate shifting construction deadlines, delays, and weather challenges. Provide project status updates to stakeholders, including project managers and construction leadership. Ensure a highly efficient work environment while upholding strict quality and safety standards. Interpret blueprints, conduct material takeoffs, and procure necessary supplies. Oversee construction projects, including piping cooler boxes, overhead lines, compressor rooms/houses, and refrigeration cases, ensuring compliance with specifications. Record and submit daily progress reports, documenting any discrepancies or deviations from the original plan. Train and mentor lower-level construction team members across multiple trades to develop skills and expertise. Basic Qualifications Valid State Driver’s License 5 years of relevant experience leading and directing commercial refrigeration installations on jobsites The Ideal Candidate Experienced leader with a proven ability to manage crews, oversee operations, and ensure workplace efficiency. Conducts safety meetings and maintains compliance with OSHA regulations while protecting company assets. Strong customer service and communication skills, engaging effectively with contractors, inspectors, and laborers. Skilled in construction practices, equipment maintenance, and subcontractor sourcing, ensuring smooth project execution. Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific systems, with a self-motivated, professional work ethic. Willing to travel up to 75% as required to meet project demands.
