Job Captain Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and execute architectural designs tailored to workplace, retail, and developer-focused projects. Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality design deliverables and presentations. Participate in client meetings to present and refine design concepts effectively. Support senior project managers in strategic planning and project management tasks. Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulations throughout all project phases. Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders for seamless project integration. Leverage expertise in workplace and retail design to meet and exceed client expectations. Contribute to innovative design proposals, enhancing business development efforts. Job Captain Job Requirements Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 10 years preferred. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential. Strong knowledge of workplace and retail architectural design principles. Experience in landlord/developer-focused projects is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions.
