Work Environment

This position is located at our outpatient office in Fords, New Jersey, where you will work directly with patients in a friendly and motivating atmosphere. Our facility features advanced therapeutic equipment and technology, providing a well-equipped setting to enhance patient treatments. The work schedule is set from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one care tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring thorough attention to every patient's therapy journey.
• Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic outpatient care through hands-on treatments and a deep understanding of physical therapy principles.
• Implement cost-effective and innovative treatment options aimed at improving patients' mobility and overall function.
• Focus on non-surgical approaches to minimize dependence on medications, guiding patients toward natural healing.
• Create and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Design tailored fitness and wellness programs that address the unique physical abilities and challenges of patients.
• Employ motivational interviewing techniques to encourage adherence to treatment protocols and foster a supportive environment.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary based on evaluations.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance overall patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all services rendered using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals seeking rehabilitation after surgeries, and those managing chronic pain and mobility issues. The clinic's mission is to empower every patient to achieve their optimal functional potential through tailored physical therapy interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey without any history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skill set in various manual therapy techniques, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of therapeutic methods.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective exercise programs.
• Competency in utilizing EMR systems, specifically Web PT, for efficient patient record management.
• A strong commitment to staying current with the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Familiarity with sports rehabilitation techniques.
• Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
