Role: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Role: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Provide direct, high-quality patient care in a Level 1 trauma emergency setting, utilizing the nursing process and a multidisciplinary approach. Prioritize safety, evidence-based practices, and patient wellness. Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to a safe, efficient clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (less than 3 years' experience) or 6+ months RN experience. Valid RN licensure and BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, CPI, TNCC/ATCN, ENPC, and Trauma Nurse Core Course within specified timeframes. Emergency nursing experience with certifications aligned to evidence-based care standards. Key Duties: Deliver emergency care up to trauma level 1, ensure compliance with certification standards, and collaborate within a team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
