Job Summary:
Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients utilizing the nursing process, within established standards and practices for assigned patients. Responsibilities include direct patient care, evaluation of outcomes, and collaboration with other specialists to ensure optimal patient care.

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Active RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and EKG certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Travel experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cardiac monitoring, sedation, pain management, and specialized IV drips.
• Proficiency in pre- and post-cardiac cath care, chest tube care, and transfusion therapy.
• Knowledge of TPN/PPN, COBRA, and KODA procedures.
• Ability to access central lines and perform waive testing.
