Operations Coordinator - Womenswear brand
Fourth Floor
Our client, an elevated womenswear brand, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to manage wholesale and ecommerce order fulfillment, inventory, invoicing, and logistics operations across the U.S. You will work closely with the sales team, 3PL partners, retailers, and factories to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, inventory is properly managed, and supply-chain processes run efficiently.

- Wholesale & ecommerce order fulfillment
- Inventory management and forecasting
- 3PL and logistics coordination
- Invoicing, AR, and returns
- ERP management and reporting
- Retailer and customer support
- Process improvement and supply-chain optimization

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel and inventory/order fulfillment skills
- ERP experience
