The Fire Department of Liberty Township is seeking an Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team in Clayton. This is a full-time, remote position within the Public Safety industry, offering a unique opportunity to provide essential administrative support to our department's leadership while contributing to the safety and well-being of our community.

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our department by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and scheduling for department leadership
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

• Coordinate meetings and take detailed meeting minutes as needed
• Maintain accurate filing systems and records for department operations
• Assist with data entry and database management tasks
• Support the preparation of departmental reports and communications
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support when required
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive department information

Requirements
