Responsibilities: The Heallthcare Dining Server serves meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance. The Heallthcare Dining Server assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis. The Heallthcare Dining Server serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures. The Heallthcare Dining Server sets up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed. The Heallthcare Dining Server distributes and collect menus as necessary. The Heallthcare Dining Server obtains food supplies for next meal. The Heallthcare Dining Server prepares and deliver snacks, etc., as instructed The Heallthcare Dining Server assures meal selections and preferences are followed for all meals. The Heallthcare Dining Server assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Heallthcare Dining Server cleans work tables, healthcare carts, refrigerators/freezers, etc. The Heallthcare Dining Server carries soiled utensils, etc. to wash area.
