Compensation:

$125,400 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful client interactions.
• Utilize our proven systems to generate and manage leads efficiently, maximizing your productivity.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions to refine your approach and build confidence in your abilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management is a plus.
