Endoluminal Sales Associate
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Sales Associate to support early adoption of the ION Endoluminal platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures. The role involves procedural support, training coordination, and clinical expertise development within the pulmonary oncology space, reporting to the Endoluminal Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide procedural support to new users during platform adoption and learning curve progression
- Coordinate and support training activities, in-services, training labs, and first case series
- Develop clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology and become subject matter expert
- Collaborate with clinical specialists and physicians on Ion system integration at customer sites
- Capture user and procedural data for quality metrics and benchmarking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of achievement and leadership
- Ability to manage complexity in changing environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 60% with access to major airline hub
- Knowledge of pulmonology or bronchoscopy space preferred
