Internally, this role is part of the Guest Experience Team and reports to the Guest Experience Manager and General Manager of each restaurant./ppIn this position, you will collaborate with colleagues at multiple levels of the organization and play an integral part in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliPrepare all beverages to company standards, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, tonics, smoothies, and wellness drinks./liliDial espresso grinders daily and continually monitor espresso quality./liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and smoothie bar throughout service./liliSet up and close down barista and smoothie stations at the start and end of each shift./liliEnsure accurate order entry through the POS system for efficient communication between the bar and kitchen./liliSupport a smooth service by assisting team members across front-of-house positions as needed./liliProvide exceptional hospitality and contribute to a welcoming and community-focused atmosphere./liliParticipate in training and ongoing learning to maintain product and service excellence./li/ulpSkills Qualifications:/pulliExcellent communication skills; ability to work effectively and respectfully in a team setting./liliStrong ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment./liliExceptional time management and organizational skills./liliPassion for health, wellness, and high-quality food and beverage experiences./liliAbility to stand for extended periods of time./liliAvailability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires./liliCommitment of at least 5 days per week and 3040 hours per week./liliGeneral understanding of food safety and public health practices./liliRequired: Minimum 2 years of barista experience./liliPreferred but not required: Food Handlers Certification./li/ulpInclusivity at Impact: Impact Kitchen feeds a diverse community and is made stronger by a diverse team.
