Position Overview As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead rehabilitation strategies focused on improving mobility, balance, endurance, and safety in a skilled nursing environment. This flexible PRN opportunity allows you to contribute your expertise while maintaining schedule flexibility. What You’ll Do Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation What We’re Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills Commitment to patient-centered care Why Join Chippewa Manor?
