High-volume, dedicated team opportunities running premium US Mail contracts. This stable, long-haul position features highly sought-after USPS and FedEx drop-and-hook freight operating out of our primary Atlanta hub. We keep our teams moving with consistent 5,500 to 6,500 miles every single week. Team Pay & Earning Potential:
- Strong Mileage Rate: $0.75 CPM split for Team Drivers.
- Consistent Weekly Gross: Average of $2,000 to $2,200 per driver, every single week.
- Reliable Payouts: Hassle-free paycheck deposited every Friday.
- Tax Structure: Independent Contractor (1099) position.
- Extra Incentives: Performance, safety, and DOT inspection bonuses, plus provided fuel cards, EZ-Pass, and scale passes.
Premium Team Equipment (Volvo VNL 860 - 2024):
- Max Comfort Cabin: The largest Volvo sleeper cab available, equipped with a rear booth dinette setup.
- Fully Loaded Amenities: Big refrigerator, microwave, power inverter, bunk heater, and premium leather heated seats.
- Performance Specs: Smooth automatic transmission, LED headlights, deer guard protection, and governed at 72 mph on the pedal / 70 mph on cruise.
- Trailers: 2021 to 2024 reliable Dry Vans.
Schedule & Paid Orientation:
- OTR Rotation: Minimum 4 weeks out on the road followed by 5 full days off at home.
- Hiring Area: Recruiting across all lower 48 states.
- Paid Orientation: 100% company-covered travel, hotel accommodations, Uber transport, and drug screening.
Team Hiring Requirements:
- Both drivers must possess a valid Class A CDL.
- At least one candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.
- Spotless driving record: Clean MVR with zero moving violations and zero accidents.
- No DUI history and no SAP program completions.
