Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, an 85-bed facility located in the heart of Springfield, Ohio, is in search of dynamic, energetic, and positive individuals to fill the roles of Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse.
Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is committed to providing individualized, compassionate and innovative healthcare services that will inspire each resident to achieve the full and meaningful life they desire.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordination of patient care
- Administering medications and treatments
- Being a vital link between doctor-patient-family
- Providing exceptional care and support to patients and families
- Managing a team
