Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current (or eligible) California SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
• Previous experience in pediatrics, schools, or healthcare strongly valued
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Enthusiasm for supporting children with diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver therapy in-person and via teletherapy to students across a range of ages and abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
