Assistant Cafe Manager

Common Man Roadside is HIRING an Assistant Café Manager for our Hooksett Welcome Centers, located on I-93! Come work for a great New Hampshire company in this fun, fast-paced, and unique location! Pay rate: $23-$25/hr, depending on experience. Open availability and flexibility with scheduling desired. The Assistant Café Manager contributes to the success of the café by assisting in day-to‑day operations. You will use your knowledge and strengths to help the barista team grow, to help create and maintain a better guest‑first culture every shift. Duties include: Overseeing shift operations and daily tasks Ordering and inventory management Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs Food and drink preparation, safety, and sanitation Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development This is a working management role- our managers work on the floor and prepare customer orders, offer hands‑on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers. Qualifications: 1 year management experience preferred Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds Let us tell you what sets US apart in the Uncommon Family!
