Construction Project Manager

Job Description We’re seeking a mid‑level Project Manager with strong, hands‑on experience leading commercial or government renovation projects—ideally 5–7 years as a PM, and ~15 years overall in the industry. This person will manage multiple active TI projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. What You’ll Do: Lead 2–3 concurrent projects (mostly tenant improvements; no ground‑up required) Manage day‑shift PM responsibilities for projects operating at night (supported by internal QA team) Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scopes, schedules, and delivery Interface directly with owners, government agencies, and commercial clients Develop and manage PMPs, CMPs, and RFP responses Implement project controls for time, cost, quality, and safety Coordinate pre‑design/design activities and support procurement and construction phases Ensure adherence to contract requirements, building standards, design codes, and agency procedures Prepare and present project updates, scopes, schedules, and budgets as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
