Our programs are typically Rapid Development and Demonstrations of Advanced Integrated Communication Systems in a SWaP-constrained military airborne platform. Responsibilities Track project financials. Build and nurture client relationships with the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. aerospace/defense companies. Apply fundamentals of project and resource planning such as integrated master schedule, work breakdown structure, resourced scheduling including critical path determination, risk identification and mitigation. Understand the basics of defense contracting and contracting with suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain significant responsibility and accountability for program success. Employ effective time‑management skills to meet professional demands. Collaborate as a team-oriented professional with strong communication and cooperation. Apply knowledge of industry norms and safe practices to execute duties. Required Skills, Experience, and Education Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, and/or Management. 3+ years in Supply Chain Management and 10+ years in the aerospace defense industry with increasing responsibility in production projects, preferably as a DoD contractor. High level of skill negotiating with suppliers. High level of skill with Microsoft Office tools including MS‑Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. High level of skill working with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and handling large data sets. Ability to lead others in demanding environments while complying with and improving processes for greater performance. U.S. Citizenship required. Active DoD Secret, TS/SCI, and/or SSBI clearance. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education Industry Supply Chain Manager. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and consultants. 10+ years in industry and supply chain leadership. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Proficiency with Deltek CostPoint ERP. Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to be productive in a dynamic environment. Ability to work collaboratively. Strong critical and analytical thinking. Initiative, multitasking, and ability to work well under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced studies and continued education in supply chain management. Physical Requirement Must be able to sit or stand for 1 hour at a time. Must be able to operate a computer. Salary and Compensation Salary: $148,000 - $190,000 per year.
