Marketing Manager

A growing women's lifestyle and resort brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and oversee their comprehensive marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. This person will create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Other areas of focus include:
- Brand Development: Formulate and implement brand strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on competitors and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Online Presence: Manage and enhance the company's social media pages and marketing websites.
- Business Opportunities: Identify and create new business opportunities through innovative marketing approaches.
- Adaptability: Adjust marketing plans based on customer trends, preferences, and emerging market dynamics.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and sales departments to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Partnerships: Regularly meet with marketing partners and vendors to foster collaborative relationships.
- Event Management: Plan and organize events, webinars, and conferences related to marketing efforts and product sales.
- Campaign Execution: Conduct marketing campaigns using selected key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve effectiveness.
- Digital Marketing Collaboration: Liaise with the Digital Marketing Director to ensure seamless integration and success of digital campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
