Registered Nurse (RN) Rehab

The RN Rehabilitation provides care for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses, focusing on restoring functionality and independence. This role involves collaborating with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to create comprehensive rehab plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient capabilities, setting realistic goals for recovery.
• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and administer medications or treatments.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive strategies, and self-care.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation therapists to develop multidisciplinary programs.
