Urology Opportunity in Kingsport, Tennessee - Total compensation in excess of $900k

 

Exciting opportunity available for Urologists to join a new practice in Northeast Tennessee (Bristol/Kingsport/Johnson City). Physician-led, professionally managed organization with more than 750 providers in varying specialties. Qualified candidates will work with an experienced robotics team, enjoy a newly constructed space with easy access to the hospital and access to the most up-to-date technology, including the daVinci XI surgery system.

 

Opportunity Details:

· Guaranteed Base Salary of $700,000. This is an ongoing amount requiring provider to generate 13,829 wRVUs and all above that amount would be bonus of $47 per wRVU

- Work schedule is 4 ten hour days (Mon-Thurs)

- Call will be 1 in 4. Call comp is $1,000 per day with a minimum of 7 days per month and the group is willing to be flexible on what days provider is on call.

· Practice in a community hospital
