Posting Summary The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Rutgers Health invites applications for a faculty position in Pediatric Pathology at the ranks of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor within the section of Surgical Pathology in the Division of Anatomic Pathology. The section provides pediatric pathology laboratory services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, a 650‑bed tertiary teaching hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, and covers Bristol‑Meyers‑Squibb Children’s Hospital. The successful candidate will join the Pediatric Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff, participating in tumor boards, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and engaging in productive research activities. Participation in the pediatric autopsy service is required. Subspecialty expertise in areas such as neuropathology, breast pathology, or genitourinary pathology will be considered favorably. Responsibilities Consult with clinical staff and participate in tumor boards. Teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Engage in research activities. Participate in the pediatric autopsy service. Qualifications MD, DO, or MBBS required. Board certification or eligibility in Anatomic Pathology/Cytopathology (AP/CP).
