Door Greeter

Job Description

The Door Greeter provides a safe, welcoming experience for guests entering and exiting WRD. This role verifies IDs, monitors entry/exit activity, prevents unauthorized removal of items, observes the gaming floor for underage guests, and supports basic front-desk communication.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest identification and issue proper wristbands.
• Perform headcounts and track guest totals by hour and day.
• Ensure guests do not exit with items not permitted to leave the facility.
• Monitor the gaming floor for underage guests.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Provide a positive first and last impression for all guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and basic telephone skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in environments with extreme temperatures, moisture, smoke, and chemicals.
